Subprocessors
Last updated 27 July 2026
A subprocessor is a third party we rely on to deliver AI Setu. This list reflects the infrastructure and model providers currently integrated in the platform. Model providers below are engaged only when you select that provider — including when you connect your own (BYOK) credentials for it — so the specific providers relevant to your traffic depend on what you configure.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| AWS (Amazon Web Services) | Cloud infrastructure — compute, database, storage, and networking for the platform. | ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India) |
| Amazon SES | Transactional email delivery (account and product notifications). | AWS, region configured per environment |
| OpenAI | Model inference, when OpenAI is the model/provider you select. | OpenAI infrastructure |
| Anthropic | Model inference, when Anthropic is the model/provider you select. | Anthropic infrastructure |
| AWS Bedrock | Model inference, when a Bedrock-hosted model is the provider you select. | AWS Bedrock |
| Google Gemini | Model inference, when Gemini is the model/provider you select. | Google infrastructure |
| Google Vertex AI | Model inference, when a Vertex AI-hosted model is the provider you select. | Google Cloud (Vertex AI) |
| Stripe | Billing and payment processing for AI Setu subscriptions and credit purchases. | Stripe infrastructure |
TODO (legal review): confirm Data Processing Agreement (DPA) status with each subprocessor above, and add a notice process for subscribers before adding a new subprocessor to this list.
